Indumetavi´s Poultry dehooker consists of a simple metal structure, built entirely of stainless steel AISI 304, along with a transmission mechanism and disengage.
This mechanism consists of an axis, which supports on its top a wheel of AISI 304 stainless steel and below this a nylon wheel that releases the birds.
The casting wheel is mounted on the production line and transmits the movement to the dehooker.
