Descripción
The automatic Legs Extractor lets you automatically remove the legs that comes hooked in the Aerial transporter after the bird has been processed in the peeling area. This allow to let the transporter free to be able to return to hang birds in the corresponding area. Legs extraction in totally effective thanks to its height regulation system and to the design of the rollers.
The equipment is constituted by two faced metallic bodies, constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, which are mounted to the peeling wheel through come carries, which allows a fine regulation in height.
Within each body is a stainless steel roller of rubber fingers that extract the legs during their turning movement.
This roller is driven by an engine 0,5 HP x 950 rpm with a transmission belt and pulley
